Our goal is simple: provide time and financial freedom to sales reps that are willing to put the work in to help people go solar. 

The programs below are the vehicles we use to obtain that objective.

Rev Share Commissions

40/60 Commissions Structure

The Revenue (Rev) Share is simple - both the company and the sales team share the revenue from a deal above the cost of install operations, with the majority (60%) of the profit going to the sales team.
Here's how we split the pie: 
Rep Share = 50%
Sales Management + Support = 10%
Company = 40%

Setter/Closer Model

The Setter/Closer model is a great way to share the workload and benefits of the solar sales process.
Setters source the leads. Closers...well close them. 
Both are valuable skills. 
Setting is much harder emotionally and they usually make money for the time put in
Closing is a complex process that takes time to learn. 
One is not higher than the other. 
Here's how we split the Setter/Closer pie: 
Setter Share = 40%
Closer Share = 60%

Team Management

Sharing is caring. Some reps are find great satisfaction in working with homeowners and closing deals. Others excel at bringing others into the opportunity and helping them grow. Both are great ways to earn a living and an ounce of self-awareness goes a long way in finding the best fit for you and your personality. Upon meeting the requirements below, you qualify for overrides on your team. 
Here's how to become a manager: 
Manager = Team of Reps Installing 20+ Deals/month
Director = 3 Teams of Reps Installing 50+ Deals/month

How to Qualify

Closers = 30 Sales
Setters = 35 Sales

Apr. 1, 2022 to Dec. 3, 2022

The Fine Print
Departure for trip will be the 1st or 2nd week of January. 
Company will cover flight and hotel for the trip. Food, souvenirs, and other expense to be covered by the sales representative.
If a representative qualifies but choose not to go, incentive may not be redeemed or exchanged for monetary value.
Dates and locations subject to change. 
Sales must be perfect packet complete with 90% installed by Dec. 3, 2022.
Must have valid passport to travel. 
+1's may come at the expense of qualifying salesperson.

Camaraderie

Contrary to popular belief sales is a team sport. Without exception the reps that communicate the most are also the top performers. Jump on the Facebook Group and What's App to connect with other team members.
